The PAC gives Caregivers & Participants the chance to:

• Raise topics & concerns that affect your quality of life
• Meet other participants, family members & caregivers who support you
• Talk about concerns & ideas with a variety of providers that are PAC members
• Hear about our quality improvement programs & provide your feedback!
